BOOKING FEE:
A $150 booking fee is required to confirm and secure appointments, please have the funds available in your account or your appointment request will be declined. The booking fee is taken off the total cost of your completed appointment, or if a future appointment is booked, it remains on your file to secure your next appointment. This fee only covers the cost of securing the appointment and admin fees, it is separate to last minute cancellations/ reschedule/ no-show fees (see “reschedules/ cancellations and no-shows” below for more details).

Booking fees are not refundable, non-transferable and will be forfeited if you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule more than once.

PRESCRIPTION:
By law we are required to obtain a prescription to administer S4 medications, there is a small fee of $35 for this. The prescription is valid for 12 months, further details will be sent to you closer to the date of your appointment.

RESCHEDULES, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS:
We require a minimum of 72 hours for any changes to your booking regardless of when you first booked the appointment, this includes Covid and other illnesses. If you turn up to your appointment unwell, you will be subjected to the T&C’s outlined above.

Late changes to existing bookings, rescheduling, cancellations & no-shows will be charged 100% of the outstanding amount of the treatment/s that were booked. For example, regular anti-wrinkle patients who have had appointments with us prior will be charged the average amount of units they would normal receive during their visits. Our strict last minute cancellation/ no-show policy ensures the costs of the medication is covered, as well our nurses time/ wages.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment, to ensure there’s enough time for parking and traffic.

REFUNDS AND DISCOUNTS:
Discounts on medical treatments are not permitted by our governing body, AHPRA and Australian Consumer law. Discounts and/ or refunds will not be offered for the following: touch-up treatments (such as additional anti-wrinkle at your 2 week review), an additional treatment is required because your treatment goals have not been met yet, unachieved expectations, unsatisfactory results, treatment failure, or for complications and their associated management (such as specialist referrals) as these are inherent risks of the treatment.
